This page is provided for residents of the State of Minnesota in accordance with the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act (MCDPA).

Minnesota residents have the right to control how their personal data is collected, used, and processed. This page allows eligible Minnesota consumers to submit requests related to their personal data.

Your Rights Under Minnesota Law
As a Minnesota resident, you may submit a request to:

• Opt out of the sale of your personal data
• Opt out of targeted advertising
• Opt out of profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects
• Request deletion of your personal data

These rights apply as provided under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act.

To protect consumer privacy, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days, or within such additional time as permitted by law.
